Questions

Laundry — common questions.

Do you offer eco-efficient technologies

Yes, our facility is equipped with modern sustainable technologies, including Laser processing, Ozone washing, and E-Flow systems, which drastically reduce water, chemical, and energy consumption compared to traditional washing methods.

What chemical safety and environmental certifications do you hold?

We strictly follow international environmental standards. All chemicals used in our facility comply with ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) guidelines and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 to ensure they are safe, non-toxic, and eco-friendly.

What is your acceptable defect rate, and how do you handle quality rejections or re-wash requests?

We maintain strict quality standards, keeping our non-repairable defect rate below 3% and rewash rate under 2%. If a batch falls outside the approved shade, our technical team performs a root-cause analysis and a controlled re-wash to bring it fully within client tolerance before delivery.

Can you match a wash from a sample we already have?

Yes, and it is the most reliable way to work. Send the approved sample with your enquiry and we match to the physical piece rather than to a written description — "stone wash, medium" means different things to different factories, and a sample removes the argument before it starts.

Which wash and finishing types do you offer?

Enzyme, stone wash, tie dye, garment dye and sandwash reactive, among others. If you have an approved sample, we work to match it rather than to a description.

How do you keep a wash consistent across a large run?

The laundry sits on the same site as garment production, under the same management, working to one approved reference sample. Consistency problems usually come from a garment changing hands between sewing and finishing — that step does not exist here.

How much can you wash in a month?

Up to 650,000 pieces. Capacity is shared across programmes, so it is worth telling us your expected volumes early.

Do garments need to be shipped anywhere for washing?

No. Sewing, washing and finishing happen on the same site in Cimahi, so pieces never leave our control mid-process. That removes freight cost, transit time, and the question of who is responsible if something arrives damaged.

Is the laundry in-house or subcontracted?

In-house, on the same site as garment production in Cimahi, West Java. Garments do not leave our control between sewing and finishing, which is what keeps the wash consistent across a run.

Can laundry be added to a garment order?

Yes — that is the usual arrangement. Wash and finishing are quoted alongside the garment order and handled as one programme, rather than as a separate job you have to coordinate.

Which wash types are hardest on the fabric?

Broadly, the more abrasive the effect, the more it takes out of the cloth — heavier stone and abrasion washes cost more in strength and shrinkage than enzyme or garment dye. It is worth testing your chosen wash on your actual fabric before committing to the look, because the same wash behaves differently on different constructions.

Does the wash we choose affect the environmental footprint?

Yes — heavier washes generally mean more water, more chemistry and more energy. We run water reuse, a caustic recovery plant and on-site wastewater treatment, and our chemical and effluent management is audited against ZDHC. If your brand reports on water or chemical use, tell us early and we can talk through which finishes carry the lowest impact for the look you want.

How is the wastewater handled?

We operate an on-site wastewater treatment installation, along with water reuse and a caustic recovery plant. Our facilities are audited against ZDHC for chemical and wastewater management.

What is the lead time and minimum order?

Both are quoted per programme, because they depend on the wash type, the volume and where your order sits in the schedule. Get in touch with your requirement and we will give you real numbers.
